No goods or services are offered, no advertising revenue is generated, and no commercial purposes are pursued. For these reasons, no business address, commercial register entry, or VAT identification number is maintained.

Christian Kling is responsible for the content of this website and can be reached at the email address above.

Because this is a purely private offering without editorial-journalistic character, no separate person responsible under § 18(2) MStV is named.

3. Liability for Content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under § 7(1) DDG and general law.

Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, service providers are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability is possible only from the moment a specific legal violation becomes known; upon becoming aware of such violations, the relevant content will be removed promptly.

The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; complaints could only be submitted there until March 20, 2025, and the platform has been closed since July 20, 2025.

This private offering is not aimed at consumer contracts. I am neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
